HollywoodNews.com: Lindsay Lohan is a cat with nine lives as she has reportedly avoided jail time once more in her alcohol matter.
Judge Stephanie Sautner reportedly ruled that the previous judge on the case only ordered controlled substances testing, states TMZ. The previous judge had ordered the removal of her SCRAM bracelet which means she wouldn’t be tested for alcohol.
Now, Lindsay will remain under house arrest but will only be allowed one friend over at a time. The judge reportedly commented that Lindsay is only guilty of “extremely poor judgment.”
